Beauty 154 Salon Policy

Cancellation policy.

All treatments need to be cancelled or rearranged within 24hrs or a 50% charge will be applied to your account.

Beauty154 policies

• We understand that there is occasionally time you may need to bring children into the salon, but please remember that other clients may be coming to have a relaxing treatment, please find childcare arrangements where possible. Children are not allowed in the treatment rooms for eye treatments such as LVL and lash extensions or waxing appointments as you will not be able to supervise your child properly.

Other salon treatments

• We do not soak off any nails that have been done by any other salon, please ensure these are removed before your treatment if you have nails on by another salon/therapist.
• We will not infill nails or lashes done by another salon/therapist.
• Please ensure eye make up is removed prior to lash treatments

Appointments

• If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be shortened and full payment will be required.  If we are running late for your appointment we will give you the full treatment time.
• If your treatment cannot be performed due to lateness, full payment will be required.
• Deposits maybe required for treatments over £60
• We cannot treat clients under the age of 16 years of age for any treatment other than manicures.
• Any client under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Pets are not allowed in the salon. 

Online bookings

• Beauty154 take no responsibility for online booking errors. Any errors in treatment choice or incorrect information given when booking may result in your appointment being cancelled and the cancelation of a 50% fee will be applied.
• Please ensure you have had the correct patch test before your appointment. Please contact the salon if you are unsure.
• Appointments may be moved to other therapists at the discretion of beauty154, unless a therapist request is applied.
• Online deposits are not automatically refunded the will return to client credit to be used at another time.

Reward system

• Clients receive rewards points on all treatments over £10 = £1 every £10 spent.
• These points can be redeemed against set reward treatments.
• Reward points cannot be used on products.
• Reward points cannot be redeemed for gift vouchers.
• Reward points will expire if not used after 4 years.

Reward points are a thank you from us, for your continued loyalty to the salon. Beauty154 reserve the right to remove loyalty points at any time. Loyalty points do not hold a monetary value and cannot be requested as such.
